 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analysis of customer requirements and ensure products and processes meet customer requirements appropriately.
  • Provides one-on-one or group product-specific training
  • Interface with customers for detailed planning and delivery of projects
  • Provide technical assistance for pre-sales activities.
  • Identifies and resolves issues with ATS Quality software applications
  • Identifies software ‘bugs’ and escalates to an appropriate team
  • Designs test scenarios to identify system issues.
  • Trains customers to increase system knowledge, resolve issues, and prevent issues from recurring.
  • Updates help-desk ticketing system to track, monitor, and resolve issues.
  • Successfully resolve technical issues (software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end users contacts and proactive notification systems.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and application support.
  • Proactively assist internal or external businesses and end users to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.
  • Ability to lead resolution activities with escalated customers.
